We are a locally owned property maintenance company in St. Petersburg, and the work we take on is not limited to houses. Homeowners and business owners both run into the same everyday problems: a tired paint job, a worn floor, a driveway that has gone green, or a pile of old materials nobody has time to haul away. We built LSR Maintenance to handle those problems for residential and commercial properties alike, with honest pricing and no cut corners.

Whether you own a house or run a business, we begin with a conversation and then an onsite visit. Looking at the actual property is the only honest way to price the work, because a painted accent wall in an office and a full exterior on a house are very different jobs, even though both fall under painting.
For Homeowners
Homeowners often come to us with a few projects at once, such as fresh paint in a few rooms, a flooring update or a kitchen or bathroom remodel. We can look at all of it during the same visit, so you are not explaining the property three separate times.
For Business Owners
A business owner usually has less time and a tighter window. Pressure washing the entrance, repainting a wall or clearing out a storage area are the kinds of jobs that make a space look cared for. The visit lets us talk through timing so the work fits around how the business runs.
How We Handle Pricing
We do not overcharge or hide costs, and you will not get a guess over the phone. After we have seen the property, we put together pricing based on what the job actually needs, and nothing starts until you have agreed to the scope and the timing. For qualifying projects, financing is available through Stripe, which can help when a larger job such as a remodel is on the list.
